Agriculture doesn’t come with a map.

VetFarm Network exists to help veterans find their bearings in farming, ranching, and agricultural business through practical education, trusted resources, and a nationwide community of peers and mentors.

Through regional events, online learning, technical assistance, and hands-on connections, we support beginning veteran farmers as they build the skills, relationships, and confidence needed for long-term success in agriculture.

FIELD GUIDE

The VetFarm Network Field Guide connects veterans with practical agricultural education, trusted industry resources, and real-world insights designed to support long-term success in modern agriculture.

Built for beginning and aspiring farmers and ranchers, the platform brings together educational content, partner organizations, agricultural programs, and practical tools from across the agricultural community in one accessible place.

From livestock and crop production to business planning, land access, marketing, and agricultural education, the Field Guide is designed to help veterans explore opportunities, build skills, and strengthen their operations over time.

ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT

VetFarm Network provides individualized support for veterans exploring farming, ranching, and agricultural business development.

Our team and partner network offer practical guidance across a range of agricultural topics, including regenerative agriculture, pastured poultry, beekeeping, forestry, small-scale livestock production, land stewardship, and beginning farm planning.

Whether you are getting started, looking for trusted resources, or working through specific questions related to your operation, we aim to connect veterans with practical education, experienced perspectives, and organizations that can help support long-term success in agriculture.

LEARNING NETWORK

The Learning Network brings veterans together through monthly virtual meetups, ongoing discussion, and in-person gatherings at VetFarm Network summits and events across the country.

Our first Zoom meetup launches in June 2026 and will provide an informal space for veterans interested in agriculture to ask questions, share ideas, discuss challenges, and learn from others exploring farming, ranching, and agricultural business development.

Whether you are just getting started or already building an operation, the Learning Network is designed to help veterans stay connected to a growing national agricultural community grounded in shared experience and practical knowledge.
