EVENTS

At Ease Orchard hosts a variety of events both at our home farm in Indiana and across the country. Many of our events are held outdoors and are weather-dependent, so we encourage you to check our event calendar frequently for updates, registration information, and directions. In addition to our in-person gatherings, we also host monthly online virtual events covering a range of topics from sustainable agricultural practices to interviews with other nonprofits that benefit veterans.

Thanks to our generous supporters, many of our events are offered at no cost.

    Ready t0 feel confident about bed-building in your high tunnel? Are you curious about lightweight alternatives to traditional tractors? Join At Ease Orchard in partnership with Veterans IN Farming for a hands-on experience with bed-building using a BCS two-wheeled tractor!


    Developed in Italy in the 1940s, the BCS two-wheeled tractor allows for greater maneuverability, access to tight spaces, and a lighter impact on the soil. Perfect for operating inside a high tunnel! 


    Join us October 25th, start time 1000, we anticipate finishing by early afternoon. Feel free to come with questions about the NRCS EQUIP program to learn about high tunnel options for your own farm too!

  • Veteran Farm Golf Fundraiser

    We’re excited to announce the Veteran Farm Golf Fundraiser, co-hosted by At Ease Orchard and Veterans IN Farming, on Thursday, November 7 at Back Nine Golf & Entertainment in Indianapolis.

    • 1:00 PM – Registration & Networking

    • 1:30 PM – Play Begins

    • 3:30 PM – Awards & Closing

    This isn’t your typical golf tournament. Instead of a full course, participants will enjoy an indoor, state-of-the-art putting and simulator experience at Back Nine. The format is fun, accessible, and welcoming for all skill levels—even those brand new to golf.

    • Proceeds benefit the AgriVet Challenge, a grant program helping veterans transition into agriculture with resources, mentorship, and funding.

    • It’s an afternoon of camaraderie and community, perfect for families, friends, and supporters.
