IDVA Golf Event Volunteer Sign Up

Volunteer at Our Charity Golf Tournament
Brookshire Golf Club, 12120 Brookshire Pkwy, Carmel, IN

We're looking for volunteers to help make our Charity Golf Tournament a success! This is a great way to support At Ease Orchard’s mission to serve veterans and their families—and be part of a meaningful day out on the course.

What to expect:
Most volunteer roles will involve standing and being outdoors. You may be asked to help with:
– Event check-in and welcome table
– Setting up signage or booths
– Supporting the Indiana Department of Veterans Affairs (IDVA) team as needed
– Course assistance (raffle table, contests, water/snack stations)
– General setup and cleanup

Please come prepared for the elements—rain or shine. A positive attitude, comfortable shoes, and sun protection are highly encouraged!
