Porter Farm BCS Tractor Demonstration with SWCD

Join Veterans IN Farming and the Hendricks County Soil and Water Conservation District at Porter Farm on April 16th for a demonstration by Urban Soil Conservationist Jesse Mears on how to use a BCS tractor for small farms! 

Developed in Italy in the 1940s, the BCS two-wheeled tractor allows for greater maneuverability, access to tight spaces, and a lighter impact on the soil. Perfect for operating inside a high tunnel! Come learn what it’s all about on April 16th, start time 1800.
